Posted On: 01/29/2018 Not that it's ever pleasant to have a tooth extracted, but I wouldn't want to do it with just anybody. Dr. Johnson and his entire staff were both courteous, and professional. And the extraction procedure was pain free. Dr. Johnson asked me several times throughout the procedure if I was doing alright, and he treated me with genuine care. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson for your dentistry needs! Jared B

Posted On: 06/28/2017 My experience with Dr. Johnson and his staff has been absolutely wonderful. From the start he and his staff have been polite, courteous, and professional. As my procedures have progressed their attitude progressed to caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. All questions asked have been answered fully, and I ask a lot of questions. Follow ups just show another level of compassion. I am completely at ease when in his office, or his chair awaiting work. Howard B

Posted On: 04/27/2017 Referred to Dr. Johnson by my primary dentist. Dr. Johnson didn't process insurance, but never informed me of this prior to my visit. When I checked out, I was told that they would, 'as a courtesy' file the claim, but I had to pay them now. I paid, and received a denial of claim from my insurance company because Dr. Johnson isn't even a provider for my insurance. So not only was I out the $100, I had to pay another provider to take me as a patient, costing me another fee. I called Dr. Johnson and his secretary was very rude and defensive, even though I was courteous and polite. She agreed to speak with Dr. Johnson, who did call me back. Again, even though I was polite and courteous, he was condescending, accusatory, and was unwilling to discuss this in a sincere fashion. I have no idea if he's good at dentistry or not, but he's not very professional. Notice, I'm only the second review even though he's been in practice a long time. Andrew
